Light Yoghurt Cake Ingredients

- 1 package criollitos finely ground (100 g) but can be 2, depends on your choice - 250 g light berry jam (if you use 2 packages criolla, then buy 2 packets of jam)
- 2 jars of cream (160g c / u approx) preferably light
- 1 1 / 2 half of strawberries (reserving a few berries for garnish) - 28 drops of sweetener l & iacutee; liquid or sucralose
- 1 removable cake pan (it is very important to be removable!) Preparation:
1. composited crushed crackers with jam berries, pour the mixture into a pan with removable bottom and set aside. 2. Dissolve gelatin in 1 / 2 cup water and cool to lukewarm
3. Mix the yoghurt with cream and strawberries and start adding warm gelatin gradually, mix and add the sweetener.
4. Pour mixture into the mold that already contains the cookie dough and leave to set for 20 minutes (refrigerate)
5. Remove the cake and decorate with remaining strawberries (I added mint leaves) of leaves about 2 hr PREFERENCESs over the cake in the refrigerator
